With our Good Student program, we recognize academic achievement by rewarding LSU student residents who maintain a cumulative GPA above 3.0. We believe that this not only attracts some of the best and brightest students enrolled at LSU, but also enhances our community by ensuring that all of our residents are able to have like-minded and focus-driven friends and neighbors.
Of course we have spacious units with modern state of the art appliances, luxury floor coverings and well-appointed fixtures. We absolutely have a nicely landscaped pool area with plenty of room to hang out and relax. Yes we have plenty of parking with three parking lots that surround our entire property. And of course, you can easily walk to the nearby Rouses’s supermarket and any number of restaurants and retail shops nearby. We even have Jai’s learning center tutoring service right next door.
But I am most proud of the quality of our residents. Our residents have resumes that reflect the highest academic achievement at LSU. They represent a broad spectrum of study and have become leaders amongst their peers. I am certain to the bright future that awaits our outstanding graduates.
